2 Day /1 Night Smiley lake tour to Lake Cheow Lan with trekking to Tham Nam Talu ( Wet cave)
This is a more relaxed and leisurely program for those who want to spend more free time and explore the lake on their own! The program includes a visit to only one Nam Talu cave (wet cave) on the second day of the program! . The first day is free for swimming, kayaking and relaxation! Overnight at Smiley Floating Bungalow (simple bungalow with in-room shower and toilet).
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
First day
9:30 The beginning of the program. Depart from our hotel to Rajaprabha Dam. On the way to pier stop at 7/11 shop and local market for 15 min.
10:30 Board on your longtail boat, go by boat about 1.5 hour to the floating hotel, , on the way visit a beautiful and the famous place with 3 rocks - Guilin!
12:00 check in to your simple, but comfortable floating bungalow ( Smiley floating bungalow with shower and toilet in the room))
12:30 Traditional Thai Lunch at the Raft restaurant
FREE time to relax, swim, take a kayak for self- explore lake
17:00 Before dinner and depend from the weather), your guide will take you on an exciting Evening Safari by boat, the look-out for the animals, listening of sound, which come out to hunt in the cool of the evening.
19:00 Enjoying your Traditional Thai Dinner in the peaceful surroundings of the lake and with only the noise of the lake and the wildlife, to send you to sleep.
Second Day
6:30 Awake to the beautiful surroundings of the lake and take the long tail boat on an early morning mist boat safari to see, wild macaque monkeys, gibbons and if you are lucky dusky languor’s. The morning is the best time to see wildlife and birds, before the heat of the day.
7:00 Breakfast
8:00 After breakfast go to by long tail boat to place for start trekking to cave! Your guide will take you on a trek through the jungle to explore and see the world's oldest rainforest and unique cave. The trek will take around 2 hours and is suitable for almost all levels. Your guide will bring you to see either Tam (Cave) Nam TaLu, here you will get wet, as the water can reach up to chest level, as you make your way into this cave. Not forgettable experience!
Note: During the rainy season and depending on the water level in the cave, you can either go through the cave or only part of it! Your guide will inform you of this before entering the cave.
13:00 Come back to Smiley floating house for take a lunch
15:00 Tour finish at Rajaprabha Pier Cheow lan lake and you can come back to our resort about 16 o’clock or go other place.

WHAT TO BRING:
Clothes for swimming, clothes for hiking - these will get wet and dirty!
Clothes for the van ride back to the hotel (it can get cold with the A/C on!)
Comfortable shoes and shoes for water, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, long sleeves, waterproof bag, camera, Headlamp or torch, insect repellent , towel, personal hygiene products and medicines!
